Never Split the Difference” What an incredible book

On many occasions, I’ve failed at negotiations 😅. I can’t say I’m a master yet, but I’m definitely on the path, practicing and improving. It’s one of the very few books I’ve bought and read from start to finish with genuine eagerness and passion.

Recently ; I came across a really interesting engaging YouTube channel “ little bit better “ . I love the the way they summarised and demonstrated key points of the book . I found it valuable enough to Take notes and sharing on my website . I’m sure everyone will find it utterly invaluable.

So , Basically ; Negotiation is not about your way OR my way - It's about THIRD WAY.

  • First Understand .. That's what your Opponent wants.

  • REMEMBER : Negotiation is not a BATTLE , It's a DISCOVERY !

Last but not least ; Reading is something . Practicing why you read is absolutely different . Let’s practice together and see if this will make any difference.

Happy Practice ,
